CODEESIGN
By accessing and using Codeesign ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Codeesign is a platform that bridges physical collectibles with digital ownership through QR codes, enabling brands to create authenticated products and collectors to showcase their collections.
Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Types
- Collectors: Purchase and collect QR-coded items, participate in community features
- Sellers/Brand Owners: Create brand pages, generate QR codes, and manage products
- Admins: Platform administrators with extended permissions
QR Code Generation
QR codes are generated uniquely for each physical item and cannot be duplicated or transferred between products. Each QR code has a 3-attempt limit for claiming to prevent unauthorized access.
Ownership Transfer
Digital ownership of items can be transferred between users through the platform. All transfers are recorded and cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for ensuring transfers are made to the correct recipients.
Security Measures
Failed attempts to claim QR codes result in temporary account suspension. Security codes may be required for ownership verification at the discretion of the brand owner.
Acceptable Use
- Use the platform only for legitimate collectible tracking and community building
- Respect intellectual property rights of brands and other users
- Provide authentic information about items and ownership
- Follow community guidelines in social features
Prohibited Activities
- Counterfeiting or creating fake QR codes
- Attempting to bypass security measures
- Harassing or abusing other users
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Automated scraping or data extraction
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Codeesign and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Brand owners retain all rights to their brand names, logos, and product designs. Users retain rights to their uploaded content (photos, descriptions) but grant Codeesign a license to use such content in connection with the Platform.
Codeesign provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
We are not responsible for the authenticity of physical items or disputes between users. Our role is limited to providing the digital platform for tracking and community features.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, but your digital ownership records will be preserved.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect the validity of any transactions completed before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
